Because our all-natural deodorants are made with pure, unrefined shea butter and cocoa butter, and are entirely free of synthetic binders, chemical hardeners, or artificial waxes, they are sensitive to extreme heat.
During the warmer months, your deodorant may soften or slightly melt during its journey to your doorstep. Don’t worry! This is completely normal and does not affect the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product. Here is what to do to get your deodorant back to perfect working order:
Let It Chill: Place the unopened, upright deodorant container into your refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes, or simply leave it in a cool, air-conditioned room for a few hours.
Store Smart: Once it re-solidifies, it is ready to use! For the best experience, always store your natural deodorant in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or sunny windowsills.
