Order Processing Details
Generally, our orders are processed in 5-15 business days, not including weekends and holidays. This translates to roughly 1-3 weeks. In instances of higher demand, processing times may be longer. If you require your order by a certain date, please get in touch with our customer service team. We usually dispatch orders within two weeks. If your items are in stock but have not been shipped within this timeframe, please email us at info@welcometolucid.com for assistance.
Shipping Modes, Rates, and Estimated Delivery Time
We collaborate with multiple carriers to offer a variety of shipping options to our customers. Here are the shipping methods along with their estimated delivery times:

As a general guideline, packages within the U.S. are dispatched via USPS First Class mail with tracking. International packages are shipped through USPS International First Class Mail or Global Post Shipping. The reliability and timeliness of tracking information can sometimes be compromised and, in rare cases, may not be updated. If a package seems lost, we are prepared to re-send the order after conducting an investigation with the postal services involved.
Free Shipping Promos
lucid Multimedia offers free standard shipping for orders exceeding $50. Simply select the "Free Shipping" option during checkout to avail this offer. Remember, free shipping applies only to standard shipping and does not include expedited or priority shipping methods.
International Shipping
lucid Multimedia delivers to a select list of international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery timelines will vary according to the destination country, shipping mode, and package weight. Customers are liable for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be levied on international shipments.
A Note on Poster Prints
Shipping 11x17 prints internationally can be challenging, hence the international shipping rate for select products including poster prints will be $70 USD. Prints and bundles may not be available for non-US international customers, including Canada.
Print-on-Demand Products
All print-on-demand products are crafted upon order and dispatched directly from our third-party vendors. Production generally takes 2-7 business days. Shipping times and rates can vary based on the vendor and your location.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use this tracking number to follow your shipment's status on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
